Toolkit for Highways
This new FHWA product provides applied resources to help you learn more about public-private partnerships in highway projects, and how to implement them.
The centerpiece of the Toolkit is a collection of Tools & Resources organized by the various stages of a PPP project, from concept to system operations. We have selected resources to help you take action on an idea or a project, such as: sample procurement documents, sample contracts, public briefing materials, state-specific legislation, risk assessment guidance, and financial planning tools.
In addition to the Tools & Resources, the Toolkit includes Your State's Story, a map-driven database of legislation and related information.
We also offer a variety of options for you to Learn with Others, including training, conferences, peer and professional contacts, and PPP workshops.
And the Toolkit includes A PPP Illustrated, an in-depth look at the award-winning Pocahontas Parkway, including key documents and resources for each stage of that project's evolution.
